তিনি আমাকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন অতঃপর তিনিই আমাকে পথ দেখান।
আর তিনিই আমাকে খাওয়ান ও পান করান।
আর আমি যখন পীড়িত হই তখন তিনিই আমাকে আরোগ্য করেন।
যিনি আমার মৃত্যু ঘটাবেন, পুনরায় আমাকে জীবিত করবেন।
আর যিনি, আমি আশা করি- কিয়ামাতের দিন আমার দোষ-ত্রুটি ক্ষমা করে দেবেন।
হে আমার পালনকর্তা! আমাকে প্রজ্ঞা দান কর এবং আমাকে সৎকর্মশীলদের অর্ন্তভুক্ত কর।
এবং আমাকে পরবর্তীদের মধ্যে সত্যভাষী কর।
এবং আমাকে নি‘য়ামাতপূর্ণ জান্নাতের উত্তরাধিকারীদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত কর।
আর তুমি আমার পিতাকে ক্ষমা কর, তিনি তো গুমরাহ্দের অর্ন্তভুক্ত।
এবং পুনরুত্থান দিবসে আমাকে অপমানিত করো না।
যেদিন ধন-সম্পদ ও সন্তান-সন্তুতি কোন কাজে আসবে না।
কেবল (সাফল্য লাভ করবে) সে ব্যক্তি যে বিশুদ্ধ অন্তর নিয়ে আল্লাহর নিকট আসবে।

English
Who created me, and He [it is who] guides me.
And it is He who feeds me and gives me drink.
And when I am ill, it is He who cures me
And who will cause me to die and then bring me to life
And who I aspire that He will forgive me my sin on the Day of Recompense."
[And he said], "My Lord, grant me authority and join me with the righteous.
And grant me a reputation of honor among later generations.
And place me among the inheritors of the Garden of Pleasure.
And forgive my father. Indeed, he has been of those astray.
And do not disgrace me on the Day they are [all] resurrected -
The Day when there will not benefit [anyone] wealth or children
But only one who comes to Allah with a sound heart."
