NCC Bank has formally launched its Digital Loan Management System (DLMS) across all branches, marking a significant milestone in the Bank’s ongoing digital transformation journey. The state-of-the-art solution has been designed and implemented by Unisoft Systems Limited, a leading technology service provider, according to a press release.

The official agreement signing ceremony was recently held at the Bank’s Head Office. M. Khurshed Alam, Additional Managing Director of NCC Bank and Abu Mostafa Chowdhury Sujon, Deputy Managing Director of Unisoft Systems Limited, exchanged the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.

The ceremony was attended by senior officials of NCC Bank, including Md. Zakir Anam, Mohammad Mizanur Rahman FCA and Md. Habibur Rahman, Deputy Managing Directors; Mohammed Morshedul Quader Khalili, SEVP & Head of ICC; Md. Sajjadul Islam SVP & Head of ICT; Muhammad Mostafigur Rahman SVP & Head of CAD; along with other senior members from Retail Banking and CRM Retail Division. The delegation from Unisoft Systems Limited included Ms. Tazkia Tasnim, Project Manager of the Java Software Division, and Mr. Mohammad Nasim, Business Team Member.

M. Khurshed Alam, Additional Managing Director of NCC Bank stated that, the introduction of DLMS is expected to significantly streamline the loan processing workflow, reduce turnaround time, enhance transparency, and improve overall customer experience.
