BNP standing committee meeting reviews political situation and election campaign strategies

BNP Standing Committee member Salahuddin Ahmed has said that the party's acting chairman, Tarique Rahman, will return to Bangladesh soon.

He made the remark around 11:30pm on Monday while speaking to reporters in front of the BNP Chairperson's Office in Gulshan following a meeting of the party's standing committee.

Salahuddin added that the meeting also discussed the current political situation and strategies for the upcoming election campaign.
