Bangladesh Television (BTV) will air a special Eid-ul-Azha magazine programme titled “Anandamela”. The show will be broadcast on Eid day at 10 pm. It will feature several popular performers from film, music and dance. Afran Nisho will host the programme.

Renowned singer Runa Laila will present a new version of the song “Ei Brishti Bheja Raate” through special choreography. Playback singer Baby Naznin will perform the song “Kal Sararaat Chilo Shopner Raat”. Actress and dancer Chandni and Shawon will take part in the performance.

Ferdous Wahid will also appear in the programme. New musical performances will include “Krishnochura” by Nancy and Imran.

The dance segments will feature a range of performances. Sadia Islam Mou will perform in “Rupnogorer Rajkonna”. Mehazabien Chowdhury and Sabila Nur will perform a dance to “Dur Deepobashini”. Actress Pori Moni will appear in a special segment.

The programme will also include a quiz show and other entertainment segments.The show is produced by Afroza Sultana, Hasan Riad and Yasmin Akter. The producers expressed hope that the programme’s blend of music, dance and comedy will make Eid celebrations even more enjoyable for viewers.
