State minister for primary and mass education Bobby Hajjaj on Sunday said that the primary-level students will get a new curriculum in 2028.
At a meeting, he also said that it is not impossible to prepare the new generation with the 50-year-old curriculum in the perspective of the current world’s demand, technological advances and reality of future workplaces.
Considering all these, the government has taken the initiative to prepare an updated, skill-based and realistic curriculum which will be implemented gradually from 2028, he added.
The National Academy for Primary Education and Room to Read jointly organised the meeting to share the baseline report on skill development of the Bangla language at the primary level in Mymensingh.
