Russian strikes killed nine people in Ukraine, regional authorities said Monday, after a wave of attacks from Moscow across several major cities.
The head of Kyiv's military administration Tymur Tkachenko said in a post to Telegram that '23 wounded are known of in Kyiv, including a child. Tragically, the number of those killed has risen to four'.
Earlier, Interior Minister Igor Klymenko said "l'five State Emergency Service rescuers were killed during firefighting operations' in the northeast Ukrainian city of Kharkiv.
