The latest episode of “Eta Amaderi Golpo”, directed by Mohammad Mostafa Kamal Raz, has crossed one million views on YouTube within 35 minutes of its release — a new milestone for a Bangladeshi drama serial online.

The 30th episode premiered on the Cinemawala YouTube channel on Friday at 3:00pm, after being postponed by a day due to the national election. Within just over half an hour, the episode surpassed the one-million mark, according to the platform’s live view counter.

Previous episodes had already demonstrated the serial’s strong digital pull. The first episode reached one million views in three hours, while later episodes achieved the milestone in 69 minutes and 57 minutes, respectively. The latest release has now set the fastest record for the series.

Producers say this is the quickest any Bangladeshi showbiz content has crossed one million views on YouTube. Each episode consistently draws millions of views, with thousands of comments from the audience following every release.

The ensemble cast includes Irfan Sajjad, Keya Payel, Khairul Basar, Sunerah Binte Kamal, Intekhab Dinar, Deepa Khandakar, Monira Akter Mithu, Nader Chowdhury, Shilpi Sarkar Apu, Dikon Noor and Mahmudul Islam Mithu.

“Eta Amaderi Golpo” airs on Channel i on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 9:30pm, and streams on the Cinemawala YouTube channel on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 12:00pm. This week’s Thursday episode was rescheduled and released on Friday due to the national election.
