A human chain was held in Khulna on Monday in protest against the attack on Iran by the United States and Israel. The program was organized at Picture Palace intersection by Khulna Metropolitan branch of National Imam Council Bangladesh and other Islamic groups.
The human chain began at 11am and was attended by religious leaders, Islamic scholars, mosque imams, and local worshippers. Speakers at the event strongly condemned the reported attack, describing it as a violation of international law and human rights. They expressed deep concern over what they termed aggression against a sovereign Muslim nation and called for global accountability.
Addressing the gathering, the central president of the National Imam Council Bangladesh said that carrying out such attacks during the holy month of Ramadan was inhumane and unacceptable. He urged the global Muslim community to remain united and raise their voices against injustice and oppression wherever it occurs.
Participants concluded the program with a call for peace, justice, and international solidarity.
