Prosecution submits formal charges to ICT-2

The prosecution has submitted formal charges to International Crimes Tribunal-2 against Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader and six other leaders of the party and its affiliated bodies in a crime against humanity case.

The others leaders are Bahauddin Nasim and Mohammad Ali Arafat of Awami League, Sheikh Fazle Shams Parash and Moinul Hossain Nikhil of Jubo League Saddam Hossain and Sheikh Wali Asif Inan of Chhatra League, Prosecutor Gazi Monawar Hossain Tamim said in a text message today.
