International Standard University has recently signed a memorandum of understanding with INTI International University, Malaysia, aiming to foster international academic collaboration and broaden exchange opportunities for students and faculty.

The MoU was signed by Professor Abdul Awal Khan, vice-chancellor of ISU, and Professor Joseph Lee, vice-chancellor of INTI International University, said a press release on Monday.

Khan Sarfaraz Ali from INTI International University was present at the ISU in Dhaka during the signing ceremony.

Under this partnership, ISU students will benefit from student exchange programmes, credit transfer opportunities, joint research projects, seminars and international workshops.

The collaboration will also facilitate faculty exchange and training programmes designed to enhance teaching and research capabilities.

Through shared academic initiatives, the agreement aims to develop students’ global competence, employability skills and innovative mentality.

This partnership marks a milestone in ISU’s journey toward strengthening its global academic network and enriching the learning environment for both students and faculty members.

ISU treasurer Professor HTM Quader Newaz, dean of the faculty of engineering and technology Professor Md Abul Kashem, chairperson of the computer science and engineering department Professor Hakikur Rahman, associate professor of the computer science and engineering department Syed Mustafizur Rahman Chowdhury, registrar Md Faizullah Kawshik, admission director Md Gias Uddin and head of public relations Raisul H Chowdhury were also present at the event.
