On Valentine’s Day, actress Jannatul Sumaiya Heme and singer Rafi joined hands for a new duet track, "Dujon Dujonar", which is set to be released on February 13. The song is written by Kabir Bakul and composed by Pulak Adhikary.

The music video for this special track features Heme and Tawsif Mahbub and has been directed by Saikat Reza. The song will be released under the banner of Soundtek.

Speaking about the release, Heme said, “Every year, many of my dramas are released on Valentine’s Day, and this year is no different.

However, this time my own song is being released for the first time, so I am extremely excited. I also acted in my own music video for the first time, so overall, I can hardly wait for its release.”

The actress has shared in several interviews over time that she has always aspired to be a singer. “I have dreamt of becoming a singer from the beginning. I took singing lessons at Kochikachar Mela and Chhayanaut, and my teachers were Shadhona Mitra ma’am and Ferdous Ara ma’am, respectively.”

Heme’s first original song, "Poran Pakhi", was released in 2023. The duet was a collaboration with Avral Sahir, who handled the composition and tune as well, while the lyrics were written by Shomeshwar Oli. The music was released under the banner of Dhruba Music Station.

The song was part of the drama "Poran Pakhi", directed by Mahin Awlad, which starred Niloy Alamgir and Heme in the lead roles.

Last year, Heme and Siam Ahmed collaborated on the romantic track "Tumi Amay Bhalobasho" for “Ittaydi”, which was widely appreciated. The song was written by Kabir Bakul, and the tuning, mixing, and arrangement were handled by Imran Mahmudul. It was released under the banner of Fagun Audio Vision.
