The Dhaka Education Board will hold HSC examinations on August 24 for candidates who could not sit for three papers on July 13 due to adverse weather.
According to a board notice issued on Thursday, the exams will begin at 10:00am at Begum Badrunnessa Government Girls’ College in Bakshibazar.
The notice was signed by Prof Jesmin Taslima Banu, controller of examinations of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Dhaka.
The arrangement applies to candidates who missed Physics First Paper, Accounting First Paper, and Logic First Paper under the 2026 HSC examinations because of the adverse weather.
Only candidates who have already completed registration at their respective centres to take the missed examinations will be allowed to take part, the notice said.
The board asked candidates concerned to report to the centre by 9:30am on August 24, half an hour before the exams begin.
