Jatiya Party, led by GM Quader, has submitted its income and expenditure statement for the 2025 calendar year to the Election Commission.

According to the account, the party earned Tk 1.82 crore and spent Tk 1.87 crore between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025. It currently has Tk 78.61 lakh deposited in its bank account.

Additional Secretary General Rezaul Islam Bhuiyan today submitted the statement to EC Senior Secretary Akhtar Ahmed at the commission office in Agargaon.

Speaking to reporters, Rezaul said, "As of December 31, 2025, our party's income stood at Tk 1,82,04,270, while expenditure was Tk 1,87,93,433, meaning we spent Tk 5,89,163 more than our earnings. The party now has Tk 78,61,731 in deposits."

He explained that expenses last year were higher due to the national election held in February this year.

Rezaul further said that Jatiya Party will support candidates in the upcoming local government elections.

"Last time we fielded candidates officially, but this time our candidates will contest independently, and we will extend support," he said.

Expressing optimism, he said, "We believe we will perform well nationwide in the next local polls, and in some regions our candidates will achieve good results. There is no impact of the division at the grassroots. There may even be a possibility of the two factions uniting."
