Glow & Lovely has become the official Training & Growth Partner of the Bangladesh Women’s National Football Team through a two-year agreement with the Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF).
The partnership was announced at a signing ceremony at Radisson Blu Dhaka attended by BFF officials, Unilever Bangladesh representatives and members of the national women’s football team, including Umehla Marma, Afeida Khandaker Pranti and Yearzan Begum, according to a press release.
Under the agreement, Glow & Lovely will support training and personal development initiatives for the national women’s football team.
The brand’s logo will appear on official practice and training-related team assets, including training kits and selected BFF communication platforms.
The partnership comes following the recent success of the Bangladesh women’s football team, which won the SAFF Championship in 2022 and 2024 and qualified for the AFC Women’s Asian Cup 2026.
Zaheen Islam, head of Beauty and Wellbeing at Unilever Bangladesh, said, “Glow & Lovely has long been committed to empowering women through growth and development initiatives. Continuing that journey, we are proud to support the team as their Training & Growth Partner for the next two years.”
BFF President Tabith Awal said, “This partnership with Glow & Lovely is highly significant in terms of brand association and recognizing women’s talent.”
BFF Vice President Fahad Karim said the agreement would support player development and inspire future footballers.
Yearzan Begum, goalkeeper of the Bangladesh Under-16 Women’s Team, said, “As our training requires us to spend long hours under the sun, it feels great to have a brand like Glow & Lovely standing beside us.”
Midfielder Umehla Marma said the team was happy to receive the support.
National women’s team captain Afeida Khandaker Pranti said, “This is the first partnership of such scale for our team, and I would like to thank Glow & Lovely for their support sincerely.”
Unilever Bangladesh officials said the partnership would also focus on supporting long-term development initiatives for women’s football in Bangladesh.
