Modhumoti Bank PLC has been continuously expanding its banking footprint through branches, sub-branches, and agent banking points, with a vision to extend its services further and gradually bring underserved communities under the umbrella of financial inclusion.

As part of this ongoing initiative, Modhumoti Bank inaugurated its “Keraniganj Agent Point” under the control of the Modhumoti Aganagar Branch, located on the Bridge Road in South Keraniganj, Dhaka, on Wednesday, 7 January 2026, according to a press release.

Md. Shafiul Azam, Managing Director & CEO of Modhumoti Bank, inaugurated the branch as the chief guest of the inauguration event.

The event was also embraced by the presence of Suman Roy, Head of Agent Banking Division, Mohammad Musabbir Hossan, Branch Manager of Modhumoti Aganagar Branch and other Senior Officials of the Bank as well as prominent local businesspersons and dignitaries.
