Eastern Bank PLC (EBL) has entered into a strategic partnership with Aleph Group, the authorised commercial partner of leading global digital platforms, including Google and TikTok, in Bangladesh, to strengthen its digital advertising capabilities.
Under the partnership, EBL will leverage Aleph Group's global expertise, innovative technologies and industry best practices to enhance its online outreach, optimise digital campaigns and improve customer engagement across various digital platforms.
An agreement to this effect was signed at EBL's head office in Dhaka on Monday (July 13), by M Khorshed Anowar, deputy managing director and head of Retail and SME Banking at EBL, and Md Ehsanul Hoque, country director for Bangladesh and Sri Lanka at Aleph Group.
The signing ceremony was attended by Ziaul Karim, head of Brand, Marketing and Communications; Syed Ahasanur Karim Antor, head of Digital Marketing; and Md Aaqib Ahsan, associate manager, Digital Marketing, from EBL.
Representing Aleph Group were Ahsanur Rahman, partner director for Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, and Syed Mahmud Shafayat Reza, senior client solution manager, among others.
