The first teaser for "Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man" has been released, confirming the return of Cillian Murphy as Tommy Shelby in the upcoming feature film continuation of the hit British series "Peaky Blinders".

Released after nearly four years of anticipation, the teaser offers fans a brief but intense glimpse into Shelby's world, signalling a story driven by power, violence and legacy. The film is scheduled for release in 2026.

The teaser opens with images of Tommy Shelby moving through a forest, a graveyard and his family home, as a voice asks, "Whatever happened to Tommy Shelby?" A ringing phone cuts through the silence before the tone darkens further, revealing flashes of brutality and the presence of Nazis. Another voice urges him to return, as Shelby forcefully slams his hands on a table, suggesting an unavoidable confrontation.

Following the teaser's release, fans quickly shared their reactions online. One viewer wrote on X, "Oh, to hear 'Red Right Hand' one last time." Another commented, "Tommy Shelby back from the dead? Cillian Murphy resurrecting the cap like it's 1920s Birmingham all over again." A third post read, "Tommy's back, and I'm not ready. Love you, Cillian!"

Directed by Tom Harper and written by Steven Knight, "Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man" continues the story of the Shelby family following the events of the original television series.

Alongside Murphy, the film features returning cast members Sophie Rundle, Ned Dennehy, Packy Lee, Ian Peck and Stephen Graham. New additions to the cast include Rebecca Ferguson, Tim Roth, Jay Lycurgo and Barry Keoghan.

The film is set for a cinematic release on March 6, 2026, followed by a streaming release on Netflix on March 20, 2026.
