Meghna Bank PLC recently organised a training programme, titled “SME & Agri Banking Masterclass: Enhancing Capacity on PPG-Based Lending (Batch-3)” at the BRAC Learning Centre in Jashore.

A large number of officials from 11 branches and sub-branches participated in the daylong training, according to a press release.

Mohammad Sohel Miah, senior executive vice-president and head of SME banking at the bank, inaugurated the training session as the chief guest.

The programme was designed to strengthen participants’ knowledge and skills in PPG-based lending and enhance the bank’s SME and agricultural banking services.

Rashedul Alam, executive vice-president and head of the human resources division, along with other senior officials of the bank, was also present.
