Taylor Swift has released the official trailer for "Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour | The Final Show", set to premiere on Disney+ on December 12. The film marks the concluding chapter of the record-breaking Eras Tour, which has become the highest-grossing concert tour in history.
According to Rolling Stone, the new trailer confirms that the film will include the complete "The Tortured Poets Department" segment of the show — a portion that was not featured in the earlier theatrical and streaming versions.
Swift thanks fans in emotional trailer
In the trailer, Swift addresses the audience at her last tour stop, saying: "We've had so long to prepare for the end of this tour, and we get to play one last show for you here tonight."
The clip also features her acoustic performance of "Long Live" from "Speak Now".
The singer adds a heartfelt message to her fans, telling them: "I want to thank every single one of you for being a part of the most thrilling chapter of my entire life to date."
A tour that made global history
Swift's Eras Tour spanned North America, South America, Asia, Europe and Australia/Oceania. With more than 10 million attendees across 149 shows, the tour generated over $2 billion in ticket sales, reported Forbes.
"The Final Show" celebrates that global phenomenon with a definitive filmed version of the closing night.
