In line with its ongoing sustainability journey, Zaber & Zubair Fabrics continues to push boundaries by introducing natural, biodegradable, and circular materials that combine modern aesthetics with premium performance.
Following the success of the 16th edition (Autumn–Winter ’26/27), which welcomed more than 500 industry professionals, this season’s Fabric Week is expected to be the largest yet, with around 750 visitors, including global buyers, fashion brands, designers, and sustainability experts.
“We are thrilled to host our 17th Fabric Week, where innovation meets responsibility,” said Md Shofiqur Rahman, Executive Director (Marketing) of Zaber & Zubair Fabrics Ltd.
“With 220 new developments and 60 innovations this season, we are not just offering fabrics—we are offering the future of fashion with purpose,” he added.
The company has invited stakeholders from the textile and fashion industry to explore its latest collections and engage in meaningful dialogue to help shape the future of sustainable apparel.
Speaking to The Financial Express, Md Shofiqur Rahman said a good number of visitors were recorded on the first day of the expo, including representatives from VF Corporation, Bestseller, and new buyer groups from Argentina and Spain.
“We have received interest from a new Spanish buyer who wants to import fabrics from Bangladesh to their home market. We expect overall buyer participation in this edition to exceed that of the previous one,” he added.
