Alongside her ongoing projects for the big screen and OTT platforms, actress Bidya Sinha Mim has recently stepped into the cricketing spotlight as well. The actress was seen in Dhaka at a recent event alongside former Pakistani star fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar. 

Yesterday, Mim shared several photos with Akhtar on her official Facebook page, captioning the post simply, "Today's event." The images quickly sparked curiosity among fans, prompting questions about the occasion and their interaction.

It was later revealed that Mim attended the event as the brand ambassador of Lily at the contract signing ceremony of Remark-Herlan. Shoaib Akhtar was present as a special guest, and Mim herself took part in the formal signing of the agreement with him.

Speaking about the experience, Mim said, "Being on the same stage with a great star from cricket history like Shoaib Akhtar was an amazing experience. I was truly surprised to learn that he already knew me."

Shoaib Akhtar is currently in Dhaka as he prepares to join the newly formed Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) franchise Dhaka Capitals as a mentor for the ongoing season. During the BPL, Bidya Sinha Mim is also expected to be seen in the stands supporting Dhaka Capitals.
